The Grom G1 Yoke is built in Berkshire, UK, and is designed to be a modern version of a strong man's training equipment. The multifunctional design, allows you to do pull-ups, benching, squats pushing and almost anything else you could do on a rack, the benefit being it's versatility and movability. It's easy to move around and takes up minimal space in your gym or garage. The base comes with hard plastic (HDPE) feet to improve stability.
